Randall Edwards

Randall Edwards serves as the Senior Director for Strategies 360’s Oregon office, where responsibilities include advising clients on public finance, debt, and sustainable business practices, building on over three decades of experience in finance, business, and public policy. Edwards is also the CEO of EDJE Consulting, which focuses on supporting startup companies in finance and healthcare, and previously held the position of CEO at ENSOGO Analytics, which specialized in sustainable investing evaluations. As the Oregon State Treasurer from 2001 to 2009, Edwards managed over $70 billion in investments and worked on public policy with the state legislature. Prior experience as a State Representative included advocating for public school funding and the establishment of the Oregon School Bond Guaranty Act. Edwards holds an M.B.A. from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, along with an honorary PhD from Colorado College.
