Samantha Orth

As an Associate, Samantha helps grow the S360 Arizona practice by partnering with teams across the firm footprint to serve and manage project deliverables for clients. Samantha specializes in public policy in the higher education, technology, transportation, healthcare, public safety, gaming, and Tribal Affairs industries.

Samantha found a love for public policy work in 2017 when she interned for the Arizona House of Representatives on the House Health and House Appropriations Committees. Her career in politics grew as she served as the Advance and Assistant Director of Scheduling for Arizona Governor Doug Ducey, and then as Director of Scheduling for Governor Ducey’s reelection campaign in 2018. Working for Governor Ducey granted Samantha with firsthand experience at the intersection of the Executive Branch with the state governance, public services, and the private sector.

Following public service, Samantha transitioned to the private sector working for a local Phoenix lobbying firm where she coordinated with officials to accomplish policy goals. Most recently, Samantha worked in-house on the government relations team at a transportation technology company, monitoring legislation through policy analyses for the firm. Samantha graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Service and Public Policy.
