Dan Iverson

Dan Iverson has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily in roles related to steam engineering. Dan is currently working as the Chief Steam Engineer at Strathcona Resources Ltd. since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Cenovus Energy from February 2019. Dan'sprevious experience includes roles at Husky Energy, where they worked as a Turnaround Coordinator from September 2014 to November 2019, an Operational Specialist from February 2018 to February 2019, a Shift Engineer from February 2011 to February 2018, and a Hydrotreater Operator from February 2008 to February 2011. Dan started their career as a Chief Steam Engineer at ConocoPhillips Surmont Pilot Plant from February 2005 to February 2008.

Dan Iverson attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2003. During this time, they pursued a degree in Power Engineering and successfully completed their studies, earning a 1st Class degree.
