Gladys Ong'ayo Ogallo is the founder & CEO of Virtual Human Resources Services Ltd. Gladys also serves as a Board Of Director at Liberty Life Kenya, Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral & Research Hospital, and HF Group. Additionally, Gladys holds the position of Vice Chairman at International Telecommunication Union ( Group on Capacity Building Initiatives GCBI) and is an Adjunct Faculty at Strathmore University (Business School). In the past, Gladys has served as a Non Executive Director at Pacis Insurance Company Ltd, Crystal Ventures, and MTN. Gladys has also held the positions of Head of Human Resources at MTN and Head of Training at Africa Online Holdings.
