Cecilia Guditz

Cecilia Guditz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Cecilia is currently the Manager and Team Lead at Stratiteq since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant in Project-Change Management at Forefront Consulting from 2021 to 2022. From 2015 to 2021, they were a Senior Consultant in Business Development and Project Management at CGI. Before that, they worked as a Management Consultant in Business Development, CRM, and Strategic Marketing at PDC + other from 2011 to 2015. Cecilia also briefly worked as a Business Consultant at Georgson Strategy in 2011. From 2007 to 2011, they served as the Business Unit Manager at Ipsos. Prior to that, they held various roles in Global Marketing and Market Intelligence at SonyEricsson and Sony Mobile Communications. Cecilia started their career as a Consultant at SIFO in 1998.

Cecilia Guditz has a diverse education history. In 1983, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stockholm University, where they studied from 1983 to 1986. In 1990, they briefly attended the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on International Marketing. From 1998 to 2000, Cecilia attended IHM Business School, where they pursued a Master's degree. In 2003, they participated in the Sony Ericsson Marketing Academy at Kingston University London, specializing in International Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, Cecilia became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist in August 2020, and in May 2023, they obtained the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification delivered by Nexum Group. Cecilia has also received training in Microsoft Dynamics Sure step and various project management methodologies, such as PM: Props, XLPM, and Sure Step.
