James Pontious

James Pontious has over 25 years of experience in sales and business development roles. James started their career at Wabtec Corporation as the Transit Market Manager and Regional Sales Manager, where they managed the business development of the passenger transit rail market product line and oversaw ten direct-report employees. James then worked at HP as an Account Executive, selling HP Business Intelligence solutions and software licensing to healthcare clients and managing multi-level direct relationships. After that, they joined ePlus Technology as a Business Development Specialist. James later joined Voith Turbo USA as the Western Regional Sales Manager and then the Aftermarket Sales Manager for Rail. Currently, they work as the Director of Sales - Transit Division at Strato, Inc.

James Pontious has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University, which they obtained in 1994. James also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wake Forest University School of Business, which they completed between 1997 and 2000.
