Emma Karlberg has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Emma started their career at Visma Advantage AB in 2006, where they worked in customer services and sales, providing support to clients and administering new purchase orders. In 2007, they joined Thomson Reuters as a Client Training Executive, where they set up the help desk and later transitioned into client training and retention. Emma then moved into the role of Client Specialist, where they provided expertise and solutions to clients, and eventually became a Market and Product Specialist, focusing on asset management and macroeconomics. In 2017, Emma joined Stratsys as a Key Account Manager, responsible for sales and customer relations within the public sector. Emma later transitioned to the role of Customer Health Manager, developing processes to improve customer engagement. Currently, Emma is a Customer Success Manager at Stratsys, where they support clients, identifies their goals, and leads them through their work processes to help them achieve success.

Emma Karlberg obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/International Business Relations from Gotland University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Hagagymnasiet from 1996 to 1999, focusing on Social Sciences and Media studies. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship at Stockholm University, attending from 2005 to 2006. Emma Karlberg also obtained a certification as a Customer Success Manager from Startdeliver in October 2021.
