Ken Knauss has over 15 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Ken began their career at Atlantic Health Solutions as a Director of Operations, where they managed multiple outpatient imaging centers and oversaw personnel decisions, financial analysis, patient and vendor relations, and investor satisfaction. Ken then joined Humana as a Referral Specialist Manager, overseeing call center teams and focusing on process improvement, policy development, and associate engagement. Ken then transitioned to UnitedHealth Group as an Exam Operations Manager, where they managed call center operations and implemented a provider home visits program. Currently, Ken is the Director of Customer Care Services at Tidewell Hospice, where they focus on creating efficient processes in the call center to improve the patient and family experience.

Ken Knauss has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management/Human Resources from Park College. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Cooper City High School.
