Jim Joseph

Lead Director at Stratus Properties

Jim Joseph has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jim currently holds the position of Carroll School Global Ignatian Fellow at Boston College since May 2021. Prior to that, from January 2012, they served as the VP of Advancement & Innovation and Dean of the Madden School of Business at Le Moyne College. In addition, they have held roles as the Lead Director at Stratus Properties Inc. since December 2015, as the Co-Founder & Managing Director of The Dolphin Green & Gold Fund, LLC since October 2019, and as a Board Member of the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools since January 2015. Jim is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Eagle Group, New Delhi, India since 2013, MACNY - The Manufacturers Association since 2019, and The Beijing Center from 2016 to September 2019. Moreover, they are the Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Trustees at Utica Notre Dame Schools since 2013 and served as a Strategic Advisor at THE ONEIDA GROUP from 2016 to December 2017. Overall, Jim Joseph has demonstrated their expertise and commitment through their various roles in education, business, and advisory positions.

Jim Joseph received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College from 1979 to 1983. Following that, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University - Maxwell School between 1985 and 1987. Currently, Jim Joseph is working towards earning a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Executive Leadership from Le Moyne College, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2023.
