Nathan Rickman

Nathan Rickman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nathan began their career as an intern in Network & Customer Operations at WINSTAR COMMUNICATIONS, INC in 2000. In 2001, they worked as an MIS Technical Engineer at FIRST UNITED BANK AND TRUST. From 2002 to 2004, they served as a Senior WAN Engineer at DYNCORP SOLUTIONS AND SYSTEMS/CSC, where they designed and deployed network infrastructure for the Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security Administration.

In 2004, Nathan joined Northrop Grumman as a Solutions Architect/Project Manager, leading the development and implementation of new service offerings in IP Telephony Managed Services and a Centralized Management Operations Center. Nathan then worked at Looking Glass Systems as a Solutions Architect in 2006, before joining Intelligent Decisions in 2007. At Intelligent Decisions, they held the role of Vice President Civilian and VA Intel - Professional Services, overseeing their Civilian and VA Intelligence Professional Services Practice.

In 2019, Nathan joined Applied Insight LLC as the Vice President Civilian & IC Programs, where they led work in enabling civilian government agencies to deliver vital public services. Nathan was later promoted to SVP, General Manager Federal Civilian Programs, responsible for overseeing all aspects of AI's support to federal civilian agencies. In 2020, they joined Stratus Technology Integration Services as the Director of Operations.

Throughout their career, Nathan has demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture, program management, project management, information system security, network engineering, voice engineering, systems engineering, and ScrumMaster. Nathan has a strong track record of successfully leading complex IT programs and has extensive experience in the Federal IT space.

Nathan Rickman holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, which was obtained from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Integrated Science and Technology with a focus on Telecommunications and Engineering & Manufacturing from James Madison University, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained the PMP certification from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter, although the specific details regarding the month and year of certification are not provided.
