Julie Spangler

Julie Spangler is currently the Director of GIS & Technology at Straughan Environmental, Inc. Prior to this, Julie held positions such as Director Of Client Services at IMS Infrastructure Management Services, Director of Technology Business Development at JMT Technology Group, and Project Leader at Chesapeake Environmental Management, Inc. Julie has extensive experience in GIS, project management, and business development. Julie also has a background in teaching GIS as an Adjunct Faculty at the Community College of Baltimore County and as an Instructor at the University of Maryland. Julie holds a M.S. in Applied Information Technology from Towson University.
