Hila Frediaro began their work experience as an Account Manager at McCann Worldgroup in February 2014. Hila then moved on to work as a Marketing Manager at Fox Group from August 2015 to December 2016. In January 2017, they joined EL AL Israel Airlines as an Advertising Manager, where they worked until December 2018. Most recently, Hila worked as an Advertising Manager at Strauss Water Ltd. starting in March 2019.
Hila Frediaro earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College. Hila attended the college from 2010 to 2013.
