Opal Shimoni

Opal Shimoni has a diverse work experience in Organizational Development and Learning. Opal is currently working at Tnuva as an Organizational Development Manager, a role they started in March 2023. Prior to this, Opal worked at Strauss Water Ltd. where they held the position of Head of Organizational Development from May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for various HR processes such as organizational change, mentoring, learning and development, and talent management. Opal also led the annual internal survey and analyzed the results to support decision-making. Before joining Strauss Water, Opal worked as a Skills Workshop Facilitator at the same company from May 2018 until 2020. In this role, they built career development roadmaps, conducted workshops on various topics, and provided tools and skills to team managers and instructors. Opal's earlier experience includes working as an OD and Learning project manager at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD from 2012 to April 2018. Opal advised and supported managers in their personal and professional development and led various organizational development processes and workshops. Opal started their career at The Israeli Phoenix as a Develop and Training Specialist from 2009 to 2012.

Opal Shimoni completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2005 to 2008. Opal then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Sociology, specializing in organizational consulting, from Bar-Ilan University from 2014 to 2015.
