Rotem Wisblech has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as an HR Professional Services at Amdocs. From 2008 to 2011, they served as an O.D Consultant at Lotem. Since 2012, Rotem has been working at Strauss Water Ltd. in the role of O.D & HR Manager. In this role, they manage a team of 5 employees and is responsible for various HR functions including labor laws, salaries, welfare, internal communication, CSR, OD, and employees' committee. Rotem has also played a key role in constructing the HR infrastructure and executing company policies. Additionally, Rotem provides personal consultancy and executive coaching to accompany executives in various processes.
Rotem Wisblech obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Sociology from Tel Aviv University from 1999 to 2001. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's degree in Education at the same university from 2002 to 2003.
