Andreas Meisingseth

Andreas Meisingseth is the current Chief Technical Officer at Stravito. Prior to joining Stravito, Andreas was with Spotify where they served as Chapter Lead from August 2017 to November 2018. In this role, Andreas was responsible for building the Data Engineering and Machine Learning Engineering functions from scratch, organizing company wide trainings about Machine Learning, leading the Machine Learning Guild in Europe, and participating in the Technology Steering Committee. Andreas was also responsible for hiring engineers in Stockholm and London.

Before Spotify, Andreas was with iZettle where they served as Head of Analytics Platform from June 2012 to July 2017. In this role, Andreas was promoted to manager of the team they previously led as a technical lead, expanded the scope and adoption of the analytics platform to also support fraud prevention, (Credit) risk modelling, experimentation/AB-testing, and evolved the platform to solve for both regulatory compliance (to enable Risk management workloads) and GDPR compliance.

Andreas Meisingseth has a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Uppsala University.
