Karen Oren

Karen Oren currently serves as the Head of People Success for EMEA & Israel at StreamElements, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Karen worked at Forcepoint as HRBP Manager for EMEA, focusing on organizational development and talent management across various regions including Israel and Emerging Markets. Earlier experience includes positions at Amdocs where key responsibilities encompassed HR strategy across multiple business units, managing the employee lifecycle, and leading recruitment processes. Karen's career also includes project management and customer relations roles at Coolvision and Yellow Pages Israel, as well as serving in the IDF's Spokesperson's Unit. Karen holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Psychology and Mass Communications from Tel Aviv University.
