Aryo Bayu has over 14 years of experience in call center and database management, currently serving as the Businesses Database Supervisor at Street Directory Pte Ltd since June 2009. In this role, Aryo Bayu initially led the Singapore Phone Verification Team, overseeing a group of eight phone verifiers to ensure the accuracy of data before it appeared online. Prior experience includes various positions at Teleperformance from December 2005 to May 2009, where Aryo Bayu progressed from Call Center Agent to Supervisory roles, managing teams to achieve key performance indicators and service level agreements for Indosat and Citibank campaigns.
