Julie Schipper

Julie Schipper currently serves as the Operations and Safety Manager for Mobility Studio at FHI Studio, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this, Schipper was an Account Executive at Jacobs from October 2022 to June 2024. Schipper's extensive experience in public service includes a significant role at the New York City Department of Transportation, where leadership positions included Director of the Open Restaurant Program, Deputy Chief of Staff, Acting Chief of Staff, and Project Manager, contributing to transportation initiatives and community outreach. Earlier roles include serving as Assistant Manager at Vernon Blvd Pharmacy, Inc., and as a Bike Department Intern at the New York City Department of Transportation. Julie Schipper holds a Master of Civil Engineering specializing in Transportation Engineering from The City College Grove School of Engineering, a Master of Urban Planning from Hunter College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design, Policy, and Planning from Stony Brook University.
