As Head of Place Innovation, Ashley brings 20+ years of combined design and hospitality experience to defining – and redefining — how quality ‘place’ is created in today’s quickly evolving world. She is most comfortable operating at the edge, defining and building things for the first time, and designing multi-dimensional concepts that tackle complex financial, social, and environmental challenges. Before receiving her M.Arch from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), Ashley studied writing and publishing at the Columbia University School of Journalism and received a B.A. in philosophy and comparative religion from the University of Virginia.
