Arush Dhawan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2009, they began their career as an Investment Manager at Karvy Stock Broking. In 2010, they co-founded Chhote Nawab, an award winning restaurant in Kolkata, which they exited by acquisition from a reputed restaurateur. In 2012, they co-founded LD Fashions, a retail, wholesale and export business, specializing in ethnic women's wear by designer Latika Dhawan. Arush built and streamlined the production, distribution & sales processes. In 2015, they co-founded Streo Technologies Private Limited. Finally, in 2019, they co-founded Streo, a platform to watch live music from around the world on-demand. Under their leadership, Streo streamed 5500 Events, 2000 Artists, 700 Nightclubs to 300K Users, generated revenues from brands like Budweiser, Red Bull, Absolut, secured licensing from 100+ record labels, and organically trended on the app store several times alongside billion dollar brands. Streo is an alumni of gBETA MusicTech-Capitol Records (Los Angeles), Batchery (Berkeley), Gener8tor (Milwaukee), 2112 (Chicago).
Arush Dhawan attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2004 to 2008 and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
