Victoria Gray, MBA, CSP

Victoria Gray has a strong background in talent acquisition, holding various leadership and managerial roles throughout their career. Victoria is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Stride Consulting since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Cardlytics from June 2021 to December 2022. From September 2016 to May 2021, they were the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Hiscox USA. Before that, they worked as a Senior Corporate Recruiter and HR Business Partner at Acuity Brands from August 2015 to August 2016. Previously, they held the position of Senior Corporate Recruiter at North Highland from May 2012 to July 2015. Victoria also has experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Cox Communications from October 2011 to May 2012 and as a Senior Regional Recruiter at The Home Depot from May 2010 to September 2011. Prior to that, they served as a Corporate Recruiter at Randstad USA (Corporate Headquarters) from May 2005 to May 2010.

Victoria Gray obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree in Management and Operations from Keller Graduate School of Management from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from DeVry University, which they attended from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their degrees, Victoria Gray also obtained a certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association in September 2007.
