What We Need:

Stride is looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills who can interact effectively with team members at all levels. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail are crucial. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to anticipate needs and address them independently. They should have a demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in our dynamic work environment.

What You'll Do:

Leadership and People Operations Administrative Support (50%):

  • Plan and facilitate office events to boost employee engagement and morale.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist with logistic onboarding for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and coordination of orientation sessions.
  • Support logistic off boarding for departing employees, ensuring all processes are completed smoothly.
  • Manage company swag, including inventory and distribution.
  • Provide recruiting coordination support, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive team, including organizing meetings, ordering food, and managing company-wide meeting logistics.

Office Management (25%):

  • Manage office supplies and office perks, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues and changes.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.

Financial Administrative Support (25%):

  • Manage invoices for the finance team, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
  • Assist with expense management, including tracking and reporting expenses.
  • Support the finance team with data entry and financial record-keeping.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports and documents as required.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR and financial software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proactive and able to work independently.
