Andge Lupton

Andge Lupton is an experienced education professional with a strong focus on special education and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at KC International Academy and a Special Education Contractor at Stride, Inc., Andge also operates Andge Lupton Consulting as a Special Education Auditor and Education Consultant. Previous roles include Special Education Program Coordinator at The Educator Academy, Manager of Special Education at Ewing Marion Kauffman School, and Special Education Teacher at Crossroads Charter Schools of Kansas City. Andge's work history includes significant experience with autism and neurodiversity, supported by educational qualifications that include a Master of Arts in Women's History from Sarah Lawrence College and two Master's degrees in Special Education from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Additionally, Andge held executive leadership roles at the Midwest Music Foundation, combining the passion for education with nonprofit management.
