Cecilia Mullan

Cecilia Mullan possesses a diverse legal and operational background, currently serving as the Knowledge Management Lead in Legal Operations at Stripe since April 2022. Previously, Cecilia held the role of Client Services at Volta Talent Strategies from October 2016 to April 2022, and practiced as an Attorney at Jones Day from March 2011 to September 2016, focusing on complex civil litigation in the U.S. Legal experience also includes a Law Clerk position at JONES DAY® and a Judicial Intern role for Judge Loren A. Smith at the United States Court of Federal Claims. Earlier in the career, Cecilia worked as a Legal Researcher and Writer at American University Washington College of Law, and in various media planning roles at Mindshare and UM Worldwide. Academically, Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University, a Master's in European Union Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law.
