Felix Fung

Felix Fung is a Staff Engineer at Stripe since March 2019, serving as a Tech Lead and Product Architect for Capital Engineering, overseeing three teams focused on Core Products, Money Movement, and Underwriting. Prior to this role, Felix held the position of Engineering Manager, where Capital was launched. Felix's career includes experience as a Software Engineer for Stripe Capital and Snap Inc., contributing to the Snap Map launch and developing services for managing points of interest. Additionally, leadership experience as a Tech Lead in Backend Engineering was gained at Vine, with responsibilities including server-side feature delivery and platform performance improvement. Early career internships at notable companies such as Palantir Technologies, Microsoft, Twitter, Mozilla, and Facebook provided a solid foundation in software engineering. Felix holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with Honours in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and studied at Pohang University of Science and Technology.
