Andrea Hearon, MSC

Andrea Hearon has a strong background in project management and consulting with a focus on IT operations and infrastructure projects. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Senior Project Management Consultant for Ciber Global before moving on to serve as the Project Portfolio Manager for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Andrea worked as the Principal Analyst for Global Information Services at Abbott Laboratories, where they were responsible for aligning technical solutions with business strategies and cultivating relationships with key IT stakeholders and external partners. Andrea then joined Chaucer as a Senior Business Consultant and Project Manager, working on various projects in the Health Sciences/Pharmaceutical and Oil & Gas industries. In 2014, Andrea joined Planet Forward as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager, where they managed strategic IT operations and infrastructure projects for an automotive parts manufacturer. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Program Manager for CCC Information Services, directing and managing the execution of multi-year strategic programs within the Infrastructure Projects Portfolio. Currently, Andrea holds the position of Senior EMPO Program Project Manager at Strive Consulting, LLC, where they manage the delivery of complex health analytics data projects for a large customer-owned health insurance company in the United States. Andrea'sresponsibilities include ensuring adherence to data compliance policies and best practices standards, driving deliverables and activities, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to achieve portfolio and program alignment goals.

Andrea Hearon holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Communication System Strategy and Management from Northwestern University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics at the University of Illinois Chicago. In addition to their formal education, Andrea has obtained certifications in Integrated Communications from the University of Chicago and in Internal Human Resource Management Consulting from DePaul University.
