Erica Richman Alva

Erica Richman Alva has a diverse work experience in the field of legal affairs. Erica Richman is currently serving as the Head of Legal Affairs at STRIVR since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at HMB Legal Counsel as Of Counsel from May 2018 to April 2021. Erica also worked at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella as a Partner from May 2012 to January 2018.

Their previous roles include being an Associate, Corporate & Securities at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP from January 2010 to May 2012, and a Summer Associate at the same company from May 2008 to August 2008. Before that, they served as a Legal Intern at Children's Memorial Hospital from September 2007 to December 2007.
