Laily Sharifzadeh began their work experience in 2011 as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at W Hotels. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at UCLA Health, initially as an Administrative Analyst and later as a Coach/Trainer of Administrative Analysts and a Supervisor of Administrative Analysts.
