Harshavardhan Vijaya Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Harshavardhan began their career as a Project Intern at TVS Motor Company in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Structural Design Engineer at Team Futuramic. The following year, Harshavardhan served as a Project Trainee at ISRO Satellite Centre, focusing on the design and optimization of vibration test fixtures. Harshavardhan then joined the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore as a Research Intern in 2018. In this role, they conducted research and gained valuable experience in their field. In 2019, Harshavardhan continued to expand their knowledge and skills as a Research Intern at Safran, where they assisted in the analysis, validation, and development of ballistic solutions for flight-deck protection. Harshavardhan also implemented a method for comparing material and ply combinations for ballistic protection. In 2020, Harshavardhan joined Safran Cabins as a Graduate Project Intern, where they completed several projects and contributed to the company's success. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Jr. Composite Engineer at Strohm, where they continue to grow and develop their expertise in composites engineering.
Harshavardhan Vijaya Kumar pursued a Masters in Science degree in Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in Structures and Materials from Delft University of Technology from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, BANGALORE, spanning from 2013 to 2017.
