Coleen Webb Msc Fcipp

Coleen Webb has extensive work experience in the payroll and benefits field. Coleen is currently working at the Stroke Association as the People Payroll & Benefits Lead. Prior to that, they worked at the PDSA as the Payroll and Reward Team Leader from October 2015 to September 2021. In this role, they led and motivated the payroll, pension, reward, and fleet team to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processes.

Before working at the PDSA, Coleen was the Assistant Payroll Manager at CLS CARE SERVICES LIMITED from March 2010 to April 2015. Coleen provided a fully integrated payroll service for over 1700 employees across multiple sites. Additionally, they worked at Epson Telford Ltd, where they held two positions. From July 2005 to March 2010, they were the Payroll Supervisor responsible for the monthly payroll for 1000 employees and pensioners. In this role, they also supported disciplinary hearings, recruitment interviews, and delivered training on appraisal and absence management. From September 1999 to July 2005, they were a Payroll Controller, responsible for various payroll tasks such as inputting employment changes, reconciliations, issuing payslips, and calculating overtime.

Coleen Webb MSc FCIPP has a Master's degree in Payroll and Business Management from the University of Derby, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. In 2008, they completed a Level 5 Diploma in Management (Chartered Management Institute) at Telford College of Arts and Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Payroll Management from The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) in 2005. The diploma was awarded by the University of Worcester at Solihull. In 2004, they completed a distant learning course on Team Management in a Payroll Office Environment, which was assignment-based. For their A-Levels, they attended New College, Telford, from 1998 to 1999, where they studied Law, Business Studies, and Information Technology. Finally, they completed their GCSEs, 12 in total, at Wrockwardine Wood School from 1993 to 1997.
