Pia Monteilhet-Larsen has had extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Pia began their career in 2001 as an Accountant Payables Assistant at PC City France. Pia then worked as a Customer Service & Sales Assistant at Vikingbus A/S from 2004 to 2007. In 2009, they joined Metropolitan Langues & Aptitudes as a Training and Pedagogical Advisor. Pia then served as a Sales and Project Manager at Vikingbus/City Sightseeing Denmark from 2010 to 2011. Pia joined International Community in 2011 as a Conference Coordinator before moving on to Stromma in 2012. At Stromma, they held various roles including Operations Manager, Business Unit Manager, Product Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Operations.

Pia Monteilhet-Larsen began their education in 2003 at Copenhagen Business School, where they pursued a degree in Business, Culture and Language. Pia completed this program in 2006. In 2006, they enrolled in Copenhagen Business School once again, this time to pursue a degree in Intercultural Management. Pia completed this degree program in 2008. In the same year, Pia also attended Sciences Po, where they studied Business for a year.
