Keith Benedict has held various IT support roles in different companies such as The Stronghold Companies, ExxonMobil, Bayer, Quest Diagnostics, Monsanto, and Boeing. At The Stronghold Companies, Keith serves as the Information Technology Support Manager, overseeing a team of 4 technicians and participating in Help Desk and Desk Side Support. Prior to that, Keith worked on Windows 7 deployment support at ExxonMobil, as well as leading deployment teams at Bayer and other companies. Keith's experience also includes roles as a Desktop Support Technician, Traveling IT Technician, PC Deployment Technician, and Helpdesk Technician.
