Chit Hwei Ng

Chit Hwei Ng has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Department, Sustaining at Structo. From 2011 to 2021, they held various roles at Lumileds, including Director of Lens Development and Industrialization, Senior Manager of Product Development, and Manager of Technology Development and Research. From 2010 to 2011, they were Department Manager of Technology Development and Research at GLOBALFOUNDRIES Singapore Pte. Ltd. From 1998 to 2010, they held various roles at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd., including Department Manager of Technology Development, Group Leader/Principal Engineer of Technology Development, Senior Engineer of Technology Development, and Engineer of Technology Development.

Chit Hwei Ng has a diverse educational background. In 1992, they obtained a B.Sc. (Distinction) in Science from the National University of Singapore, majoring in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
