Christopher Taino

Christopher Taino has a diverse work experience in mechanical design engineering and equipment engineering. Christopher is currently employed as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Structo since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at YAC Systems Singapore as a Mechanical Design Engineer from September 2019 to February 2023.

From October 2014 to September 2019, Christopher worked as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Kinergy Pte Ltd, specializing in designing, modifying, and rehabilitating machines for the back-end semiconductor industry. Christopher also focused on process, quality, uptime, and productivity improvement, as well as cost-cutting measures. During this role, they utilized Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Solidworks CAD software.

Before joining Kinergy Pte Ltd, Christopher served as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Eco-Wiz Mfg (S) Pte Ltd from April 2012 to September 2014.

From July 2011 to March 2012, they worked as a Senior Equipment Engineer at TDK Electronics Philippines Corporation, managing a team of engineers and technicians. In this role, they were responsible for line support, preventive maintenance, and design improvements of loader and tester machines.

Prior to TDK Electronics Philippines Corporation, Christopher worked as Engineering Head at OTC Precision System Automation Inc. from January 2006 to June 2011. Their earlier experience includes serving as the Head Design & Process Engineer at JM Precision Tools Corporation from January 1995 to January 2006.

Christopher Taino pursued their education at the Technological Institute of the Philippines from 1989 to 1994. During this time, they successfully completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
