Adam Brooks

Adam Brooks has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Adam started their career in the US Army as a Fire Team Leader and Arms room NCO from August 2005 to January 2012. Following that, they had an Information Technology Internship at the Housing Authority of Maricopa County from October 2012 to June 2013. Adam then joined Asurion as a Mobile Support Technician from October 2013 to February 2014, providing technical expertise for smart devices and other consumer electronics. Adam then worked at RL Canning as a Desktop Patching Coordinator from February 2014 to January 2015, where they coordinated, administered, and troubleshooted patches for lab assets.

Adam's next role was at Amazon from January 2015 to March 2020, where they started as a System Engineer 1 and later became a System Engineer 2. Their responsibilities included network engineering, systems administration, and telecom/PBX administration.

After their tenure at Amazon, Adam joined IRIS USA, Inc. as a System Administrator from May 2020 to November 2021. Adam then moved to Pacific Office Automation as a Network Engineer from November 2021 to March 2023. Currently, Adam is working as a Network Engineer at Structured Communication Systems, starting in March 2023.

Adam Brooks began their education in 2012 at ITT Technical Institute West Phoenix, where they pursued a degree in Network Systems Administration. Adam completed their studies at ITT Technical Institute Phoenix West from 2014 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems and Cyber Security. Adam has also obtained certifications as a LogicMonitor Certified Associate from LogicMonitor, Inc. and LogicMonitor in March 2023.
