Alison Senkovich O'Sullivan

Alison Senkovich O'Sullivan currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Stryker since October 2022, following a tenure at Athersys where leadership roles included Vice President and Sr. Director, Human Resources from 2020 to October 2022. Prior to Athersys, Alison held the position of Director of Human Resources at CONMED Corporation from 2018 to 2020, where significant organizational restructuring was implemented to enhance operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at STERIS Corporation, and various roles at Stryker from 2004 to 2016, culminating in senior HR leadership positions. Alison began professional endeavors as an MBA Consultant at DePuy International Ltd. and has prior marketing experience from Westfield Corp. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Leeds and a BSc in Health Services Administration from Ohio University.
