Fatima Garcia

Fatima Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, manufacturing supervision, and quality engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Manufacturing Supervisor at Stryker since January 2021, Fatima is responsible for managing production activities, implementing process improvements, and enhancing team performance. Previously, Fatima founded a healthy snack distribution business at Vitichely, worked as a Professional Recruiter at Corporate Recruiters, and held various key roles at Rockwell Automation, including Engineering Lead and Manufacturing Services Supervisor, where significant quality improvements were achieved.
