Sheila McBride

Sheila McBride currently serves as Vice President of Global Service Delivery at Stryker, overseeing the maintenance and support of application software, including ERP systems and cross-functional applications. Prior to this role, Sheila held various IT leadership positions at Becton Dickinson from 2001 to 2019, including Senior Director of IT Program Management, where responsibilities included integrating newly acquired companies into IT processes, and Sr. Director of Application Services, focusing on ERP systems management and application development. Earlier experience includes roles at Nabisco as Director of IT for Sales and Order Management and at Matsushita Electric Corporation of America as Section Manager, with a focus on ERP implementations. Sheila holds an M.B.A. from Rutgers University - Newark and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University.
