Tara Saucedo

Tara Saucedo is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in global supply chain management and strategic operations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations at Stryker since November 2013, Tara oversees supply chain operations for a $975M division, managing P&L for three manufacturing plants in the US and Ireland with a workforce of 1500 employees. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Stryker, where responsibility encompassed two US manufacturing plants and plant transfer projects, as well as Director of Materials and Supply Planning, optimizing inventory and manufacturing processes for a $500M division. Prior to Stryker, Tara held significant roles at Boart Longyear and GE Healthcare, focusing on materials management and global service operations, respectively. Tara began a professional career in the US Army, holding the rank of Captain and leading various logistics and operational roles. Tara holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Hofstra University and an MBA in Management from Bowie State University.
