Fabrizio Rinaldi

Fabrizio Rinaldi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in plant management, technology development, and emissions control. Currently serving as Plant Manager at STS Group, Fabrizio is responsible for managing operations with full P&L accountability exceeding $30M. Prior roles include freelance consulting in plant management and technology, leading the development of GESI Catalyst Coating division at Global Emissions Systems Inc., and serving as Plant Manager and Director of Technology at Synergy Catalyst, where over 30 nano-based catalyst technologies were launched. Fabrizio has held senior positions at QuantumSphere Inc., Tenneco, Engelhard Corporation, and Karbochem, contributing significantly to technology commercialization and process optimization, as evidenced by multiple patents and substantial revenue growth in previous roles. Academic credentials include a BSc and BSc Hons in Chemistry and Organic Chemistry, as well as a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Port Elizabeth.
