Trisha Washburn

Trisha Washburn is an experienced Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter at STS Technical Services since August 2021, managing a full-cycle recruitment process for various roles in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Prior to this, Trisha worked as an RPO Technical Recruiter for Harley-Davidson Motor Company, specializing in engineering recruitment. As the Owner of Soleil Lune Yoga Center, LLC, since June 2002, Trisha has successfully grown the business and managed talent acquisition and curriculum development. Previous roles include Sales and Customer Service Coordinator at Power Test Inc., General Manager at Be Fitness and Wellness Center, Lead Pastor's Assistant at Crosspoint Community Church, and Director of Internal Operations at Biwer and Associates, Inc. Trisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Iowa.
