Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental products. Mariana has also worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. In the field of nutrition, Mariana practiced as a nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and taught at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, covering applied mathematics in nutrition and food history. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
