Stuart is a leading last mile delivery platform that connects small and big businesses to a fleet of geolocalised couriers. We empower thousands of companies across Europe by providing same-day delivery, next-day delivery and return solutions. We work across verticals with restaurants, grocery stores, retailers, and e-commerce merchants to enable smarter transportation models. Five years into our journey, the couriers on our platform complete tens of millions of deliveries annually for 2,000+ business clients in over 100 cities.

We are currently looking for a Global Partnerships Manager in charge of scouting and growing strategic and mutually profitable relationships with key industry partners.

Located in London, you will join the Growth team and will report to Giulia, based in Barcelona, Global Head of Partnerships.

What will you be doing? 🤓

  • Across all the markets operated by Stuart (UK, France, Spain, Poland, Portugal and, Italy) you will: Identify new partnership opportunities in collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Assess prospective partnerships based on impact (size of prize/ strategic fit) and effort (integration complexity) criteria.
  • Negotiate and sign agreements after understanding partners’ motivations and needs and after developing know-how to ensure their success.
  • Implement partnerships working with internal teams (Customer Solutions Engineering and product) focused on technical integration.
  • Develop and execute key partnership KPIs, onboarding processes, go-to-market strategies, and regular business reviews.
  • Design and manage commercial and operational partnership plans by countries and ensure local execution.
  • Work with partners to identify and close relationship gaps.
  • Align and review partnership plans and strategy on ongoing basis with local commercial teams across different countries.
  • Participate in relevant fairs and events.

What do we need from you? 😎

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships / alliances roles (or key account mgmt roles) with strong project management responsibilities within an international environment.
  • Experience developing strong relationships with a different set of stakeholders (from commercial to technical teams) across different locations.
  • Great project management and organisational skills - you advocate for flexibility and effective prioritisation.
  • Ability to present and lead multi-stage, complex engagements across various levels of seniority.
  • Comfortable leveraging data to provide insights and implement process improvements.
  • Experience in Saas / Tech / Services environments is a big plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, where responsibility is continuously evolving.
  • Fluent in English (French is a significant plus).
