The role ✨

We’re looking for a Martech Marketing Analyst to join our fast-growing Global Marketing team, in London (UK). Under the leadership of the Senior Martech Marketing Manager, the Martech Marketing Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving marketing insights, optimising website performance, and enhancing our lead generation capabilities across our core markets.

This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analytics tools, and experience with website management and CRM systems.

What will you be doing? 🤓

  • Marketing Insights and Reporting:

  • Analyse website and campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for optimising marketing strategies across our core markets.

  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

  • Website Improvement and Management:

  • Take ownership of website improvement initiatives across all of our markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and optimise user experience.

  • Utilise website content management systems (CMS) to update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

  • Lead Generation Machine Development:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance our lead generation machine to drive qualified leads and support business growth objectives in our core markets.

  • Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies to prioritise leads and improve conversion rates.

  • Marketing Technology Support:

  • Ensure the successful implementation and measurement of marketing campaigns by maintaining marketing dashboards and providing support for marketing technologies including website and CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to troubleshoot issues and optimise marketing technology platforms.

  • Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, website performance, and lead generation efforts.

  • Generate insights from data analysis to inform decision-making and optimise marketing strategies.

What do we need from you? 😎

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a global or multinational organisation, particularly in the EU market.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies for lead generation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and lead management systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
