The role ✨
We’re looking for a Senior Martech Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Global Marketing team in London. Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will manage and lead all of our marketing technology tools to ensure we have end to end visibility and reporting of our client acquisition campaigns. Your work will enable marketing teams across our markets to effectively pilot their acquisition strategies to drive awareness of the Stuart brand to clients that fit our target personas and deliver the best ROAS humanly possible.
This is a critical role that will lead all tech aspects of marketing - including marketing analytics, martech, web updates, dashboard management and the overall lead generation funnel.
What will you be doing? 🤓
Martech Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and lead the Martech and technology strategy across the marketing team, driving innovation and efficiency.
Manage and mentor a team of Martech professionals, fostering their development and enhancing the organisation's capabilities.
Tool Utilisation and Integration:
Oversee the utilisation and integration of marketing technology tools, including but not limited to HubSpot, Piwik Pro, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Intercom, Marketo, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and HootSuite.
Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between Martech tools to optimize campaign performance and data accuracy.
Collaboration and Support:
Collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams to support martech initiatives and provide guidance on best practices.
Educate teams on Martech applications and troubleshoot issues as needed to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Client-Centric Strategies
Support the development of client-centric strategies to enhance lead generation and drive greater volume into the lead generation funnel.
Measure, evaluate, and optimize marketing activity using best practice testing methodologies to ensure alignment with client acquisition goals.
Measurement and Reporting:
Utilize strong analytical and numerical abilities to interpret data and market trends, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
Showcase Martech outputs through meetings and presentations, ensuring tangible benefits to marketing campaigns.
