At Stuart, Andrew served as the EVP of Global Operations, where they led five functional areas and managed over 300 employees. Prior to that, they were the VP of Global Business Support, overseeing customer support, live operations, quality, compliance, and shared services.

Before joining Stuart, Andrew worked at Beabloo as the Director of Operations and was a member of the Executive Committee. Andrew led the customer service department, managed installations, and implemented effective ticket management processes.

At Colt Technology Services, Andrew held several positions, including Manager of Service Management and Business and Sales Support Manager.
