Hamlet Castelar Bandé has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Hamlet started their career in 2010 as a Spanish Interpreter at CENA/West Side Ministries and worked there until 2013. In 2014, they transitioned to a Customer Service Representative role at STARTEK, where they stayed until 2016. At PartnerHero, they served as a Customer Service Representative from 2016 to 2018, handling email inquiries, conducting language evaluations, and training new employees. In 2018, they obtained a High School Diploma in Sciences and Arts from CPM International. From 2019 to the present, Hamlet has been employed at Stuart, initially as a LiveOps Specialist, then progressing to Service Monitor Manager, Customer Support Operations Manager, Live Operations Manager, and currently Lead of LiveOps Strategic Projects.
Hamlet Castelar Bandé attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras from 2010 to 2014, majoring in Computer Engineering. Later, from 2016 to 2017, they studied Graphic Design at the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana.
