Paul Charette

Paul Charette has extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Paul currently holds the position of VP of Engineering at Stuart, where they lead a team of 75 engineers and directly manages a team of directors responsible for key areas of the company's software. Prior to this, Paul was the VP of Engineering (Driver side) at FREE NOW, where they successfully led a team of 80 engineers through challenging times while maintaining high productivity and quality. Paul also worked as an Engineering Director at New Relic, Skyscanner, and Telefónica R&D, where they managed engineering teams, scaled them, and collaborated with other departments to deliver successful products and services. Earlier in their career, Paul held various roles at Hewlett-Packard, including Senior Engineering Manager and Network Consultant, where they managed teams, led projects, and provided technical expertise.

Paul Charette completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from the University of Rhode Island from 1984 to 1988. Paul then went on to obtain their Master of Science (MS) in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona from 1988 to 1990.
