Jessica Lee

Jessica Lee is a seasoned professional in people and operations, currently serving as the Director of Global People & Operations at StubHub since May 2024. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at ZipRecruiter, where Jessica held several key positions including Director of Product Operations, Chief of Staff, Senior Manager of People, Human Resources Business Partner, and Learning and Development Manager. Additionally, from August 2017 to May 2020, Jessica worked as an Adjunct Faculty member and Associate Director of Faculty Development at Loyola Marymount University. Academically, Jessica holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from the University of Southern California and earned both a Master's in Education Curriculum & Instruction and a Bachelor's in Journalism from California State University, Northridge.
