Angela Martins

Angela Martins has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Angela most recently worked at StubHub International as a People Lead. Prior to that, they were the EMEA HR Manager at StubHub. Angela also held leadership positions at Applied Viability - AV Group, where they served as the People Director & Human Capital Manager, and at Celgene, where they were the Iberia HR Manager. Angela has also worked at Willis Towers Watson as the Iberia Senior HR Manager, TAM as the European HR Supervisor, DOOR Training & Coaching as the Director, Microsoft as an HR Business Partner, and Unisys as an HR Consultant. Throughout their career, Angela has demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and change management. Angela has a track record of implementing successful HR programs and strategies that have contributed to business growth and employee satisfaction.

Angela Martins completed a Human Resources Digitalization Leadership Program at The Valley Digital Business School from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Post-grad degree in Business Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2005 and another Post-grad degree in Project Management from the same university in 2002. Angela also earned a degree in Organizational Psychology from Ispa - Instituto Universitário from 1993 to 1998.

Angela has additional certifications in various areas such as Purpose Launchpad Advisor, ExO Consultant, ExO Sprint Coach, Purpose Launchpad Mentor, Design Thinking, Job Evaluation (Hay Methodology), DISC l PIAV, and Project Management. These certifications were obtained from institutions like Purpose Alliance, OpenExO, ideas4all Innovation, Korn Ferry, TTI Success Insights, and IPMA: International Project Management Association.
